Haylynn Conrad was elected to the Malibu City Council in November 2024. She has raised her son and daughter in Malibu over the past 17 years, deepening her connection to the land, the ocean, and the people who make this community so special. From AYSO soccer and horseback riding to surfing and local schools, she has come to know Malibu as a place shaped by resilience, creativity, and strong neighborhood bonds. She has a deep commitment to public safety, environmental sensitivity, and responsible stewardship of the natural beauty that defines Malibu. Councilmember Conrad is honored to help guide Malibu’s future and hopes her service inspires the next generation to protect what matters—with heart, persistence, and a shared sense of purpose.
